A glass package has several independent choices

Do not substitute one number for the complete decision
Compare U-factor with its units, SHGC for solar gain and visible transmittance for daylight. Request the record matching the quoted window rather than only a centre-of-glass value. If noise is a priority, ask for applicable acoustic data; pane count alone does not establish sound reduction.
