Plan the details together
Start with the footprint, access route and the way you want to use the space. A gazebo and a pergola are not automatically the same product; roof, enclosure and structural arrangements need to be identified precisely.
The product range and installation scope are being finalized. Foundation, structure, location and any required approvals must be reviewed for the particular project before a system is ordered.
What to bring to the conversation
- Intended use and footprint
- Roof and enclosure type
- Support and location review
- Delivery and installation access
Start with the project
Photographs, approximate dimensions and a description of the intended result make an initial consultation useful. The final configuration, dimensions and installation scope must be confirmed before an order is placed.
Define the outdoor space you want to use
A dining shelter, a quiet sitting area and a structure intended to take screens or glazing have different requirements. Begin with the furniture layout and the route from the house. The usable area inside posts can differ from the overall roof footprint.
Distinguish a gazebo with its specified roof from a pergola or another open-roof structure. Those labels should not replace drawings of the actual product. Confirm whether optional screens, curtains or enclosure panels are part of the designed system.
Plan the site and structure together
| Project detail | Information to review |
|---|---|
| Footprint | Roof size, post positions and useful internal space. |
| Support | The required foundation or anchoring arrangement for the selected structure. |
| Location | Property constraints, overhead conditions and relevant approvals. |
| Weather design | Applicable structural documentation for the product and site. |
| Water management | Roof drainage and its effect on the surrounding yard. |
| Delivery | Access width, storage and installation route. |
Coordinate the backyard as one project
If you also plan a new patio opening, compare the door’s passage and threshold with the path to the outdoor structure. Furniture delivery and daily access should work in both spaces. A larger glazed door and a gazebo remain separate product and installation scopes.
Do not assume an existing deck or pad is suitable support simply because the structure fits its surface. The selected system, anchoring and site conditions need review before ordering. Models and final installation availability will be confirmed for the project.
